Orders
1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our selection of durian products, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to enter your shipping and payment information before confirming your purchase.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible at justdurian.my@gmail.com or +(60)18-288-8072. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed.
3. How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our courier’s website. If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to contact our customer support for assistance.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa & MasterCard), E-wallet, FPX and online bank transfers. All payments are securely processed to ensure your information is safe.
5. What should I do if I receive the wrong item or if my order is damaged?
We strive to ensure that every order is delivered accurately and in perfect condition. If you receive the wrong item or if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will work quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
6. What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer support, and we will work with you to make things right.
Shipping
1. Where do you ship to?
Currently, we primarily ship within Malaysia. For our Snow Skin series, we offer shipping to most areas in West Malaysia. For ambient temperature products, we ship to both West Malaysia and East Malaysia. To ensure that we can deliver to your specific location, please contact our customer service to check postcode coverage.
2. Can I schedule my delivery for a specific date?
We currently offer standard delivery options. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please contact our customer support before placing your order to discuss possible arrangements.
